Matt L. Mueller
Founder, Cloud to Ground Solutions

Matt Mueller is a senior leader with a diverse background in fund development, nonprofit management, information systems, financial services, project management, business consulting, and turnaround environment work.  Over the last fifteen years he has led initiatives in information systems implementation and support; national program replication; government contracting; philanthropic fund development; operations management; change management; and social-purpose lending.  In over 20 years within the nonprofit industry he has helped secure more than $24 million in federal and philanthropic grants. Matt is a creative problem solver with a unique skillset to guide organizations through critical transitions and growth opportunities.

Before launching Cloud to Ground Solutions in 2017, Matt led a national Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) focused on consumer lending and economic empowerment. He is a graduate of the Annie E. Casey CDFI Leadership Program and St. Mary’s University in Winona, MN.
